QuantumAPI is built by Kovimatic Limited, an Irish company based in Dublin. We build quantum-safe identity, encryption, and key management services for European companies.

Help organisations adopt modern cryptography without adding operational complexity. Security should be a solved problem, not a full-time job.

EU sovereignty first

All data is processed and stored in EU data centres — Scaleway infrastructure in France and the Netherlands. No US cloud dependencies, no Schrems II risk.

Built on open standards

We implement NIST FIPS 203, 204, and 205 — the official post-quantum cryptography standards. No proprietary algorithms, no lock-in.

Transparent operations

Public roadmap, responsible disclosure policy, and a full audit trail of every operation. We operate the same way we ask our customers to.

Victor built QuantumAPI to solve problems he faced while building previous SaaS products — specifically, the cost and complexity of enterprise IAM tools and the lack of accessible post-quantum cryptography infrastructure for European companies.
