Lumen Pay, a payments company in Valencia, creates an ML-KEM-768 key, encrypts and decrypts a card number, then signs a payout instruction with ML-DSA-65. Change one digit and the signature is rejected. The same keys and every operation show up in the QuantumAPI portal and its audit log.
